“Fall Seven Times, Stand Up Eight” – Japanese Proverb

The  3 runs this week 7,  will begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then 25 minutes of running.

Well, I really fell down this week….I didn’t do any of the runs this week……

I had a good excuse, though I don’t feel at all happy about not keeping up the momentum.                               The rain together with a painful knee kept me indoors; although I kept up with doing my yoga exercises.

I am encouraged by my friends and family supporting me though; after all I’m still exercising and I will go back next week.

I will meditate and destress myself about this, and join the group for week 8.
