For your 3 runs in week 4, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then 3 minutes of running, 1-and-a-half minutes of walking, 5 minutes of running, 2-and-a-half minutes of walking, 3 minutes of running, 1-and-a-half minutes of walking and 5 minutes of running.

Run 1 – With Leeds Girls Can Group

This is easy going today.  I am continuing to take it slowly, competing with myself and not anyone else.        Being behind most of the time id not a bad thing – I am still running

Didn’t do the homework run this time.  Hope I’ll be ok when I join the group on Monday!
