There are 3 different runs this week:

Run 1: a brisk 5-minute walk, then 5 minutes of running, 3 minutes of walking, 5 minutes of running, 3 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of running.

Was not well at all, So I couldnt go out with the group tonight.

Run 2: a brisk 5-minute walk, then 8 minutes of running, 5 minutes of walking and 8 minutes of running.

Still not recovered enough to go on the solo run today either.  I intend to rest up sufficiently to be able to go for run 3 on Monday though

Run 3: a brisk 5-minute walk, then 20 minutes of running, with no walking.

I did this one and was surprised when the 20 minutes were up!

Feeling like I have achieved something today….yaaayyyy!
